議 事 規 則
一、 時間安排:
二、 發言過程中,鈴響一聲表示還有 2 分鐘,鈴響兩聲表示時間已到,之後每分鐘鈴 響三聲。若發表者逾時 2 分鐘以上,主持人將終止其論文發表。
三、 於自由討論環節,主持人必確保每位與會者之發言權且每人每次發言以 2 分 鐘為限。
四、 請主持人斟酌狀況掌握時間。
五、 若發表人或主持人需使用單槍投影機等器材,請於該場次開始前 10 分鐘,先抵 現場測試。
注意:為保護論文發表者的智慧財產權,會議現場請勿拍照、錄音或錄影。
- 每場次每位發表人論文報告時間為 15 分鐘。
- 每位主持人引言時間為 5 分鐘。
- 每場論文發表場次自由討論及發表人回應時間共計 25 分鐘。

Presenter Guidelines
1. Time Management
a. Each presenter in a session is allotted 15 minutes.
b. All moderators have 5 minutes to introduce the sessions and speeches.
c. The allotted time for open floor discussion and responses in each session is 25 minutes in total.
2. The bell will ring once when two minutes remain, twice when time is up, and three times every minute after the allotted time ends. If the speaker goes more than 2 minutes over the time limit, the moderator will interrupt to end the presentation.
3. During floor discussion, the moderator will ensure that each participant who wishes to comment may do so and that no comment lasts for more than 2 minutes.
4. Moderators may make adjustments to the allocation of time if needed.
5. If any presenter or moderator is in need of a projector, please arrive at the conference room 10 minutes before the session begins in order to test the equipment.
Note: Material presented at the Conference is the intellectual property of the presenter. No photography, recording or videotaping is allowed in any sessions.
